Guild Chat,
This is one of the primary places we'll communicate and talk in game. That being said, this yellow text is pretty important to the guild itself. It helps keep us all socializing and needs to be running smoothly. You can talk about anything you want in the guild chat within reason as long as it doesn't break any rules. Sensitive topics should be avoided if possible, and done carefully if brought up. Swearing and mature joking will be allowed to an extent (I don't want to see any cybering going on in the chat :T), but if someone asks you to tone it down, do so. No ands, ifs, or buts if your conversation is making a fellow Muffin uncomfortable you need to stop it. Drama and arguing should be kept out of the chat as well; debating is fine, but if it crosses into hostile territory it will be dealt with. If you really must argue take it to a private message or better yet let a Council member know so we can help sort it out. If a topic is making you super uncomfortable speak up and tell them to change topics or go to a Council member.
Donating and Funds,
Donating to the guild isn't mandatory, but very much appreciated. All guild funds will be used to help the guild out; maybe with upgrades, buying contest prizes, etc.. So know if you do choose to donate anything to the guild it will be used for Muffin. Items for contests and event prizes are always welcomed as well, but just like donating gold are not required at all.
Upgrades,
Please know any upgrades to the guild, will be asked and voted on by the entire guild. By upgrades I mean skills, unlocking NPCs, rooms, decorations, etc.. We will always ask for your opinions because without our members we wouldn't be a family, would we? We want everyone to be happy in the guild and want to include members as much as possible. Besides we'll all be using whatever upgrades we unlock, so it only makes sense everyone is content.
Branches,
Each Branch within the guild will have a weekly task. And the end of the week the tasks will rotate among the Branches. You can find out more about tasks here. Please know it's not mandatory to do the task assigned, and even if you're not in that Branch you're still welcome to do that job if you like. Theses weekly tasks will give members in the guild something to work on, a job if they want to. Please know doing these tasks will greatly help out the guild and will be encouraged. But we wont force you to do them.. though your Branch head may give you a gentle nudge once in awhile.
Activity,
We want the guild to be active and fun for all. With the limited member slots guilds have however; that means we will have to deal with inactive members accordingly. If someone hasn't logged into the game for ten days they will be booted from the guild. However we will keep them on our website, their account will be assigned to the 'Lost' rank. This rank has no privileges, just helps us keep things organized with who is and isn't active and in the guild. If you know you'll be gone for a period of time, just let us know and you'll be safe. Post a thread in the absence board on this site ad you wont be removed due to inactivity. Understand you don't have to give us any details, just let us know you'll be gone for a certain amount of time.
Warehouse,
The guild has two warehouses; the private and rented one. The private one is unlocked at level two and is used to store alchemy materials and ingredients. The rented one is one we have to pay to keep it open and it has elder items stored in it. when putting things in try and keep them organized as we only have limited space. Know any misplaced items that don't belong will be removed and sold to a NPC; and the funds donated to the guild. Keep in mind a few elder missions will require refined or collection materials; however do not put them in the rented warehouse. Keep those in the private one as hey're primarily used for alchemy. YOu can view all the Elder quest items and more about alchemy. Only advanced members or the Council can access either warehouse. Meaning if you'd like something out of either of the warehouses you'll have to ask one of them. This is to help prevent theft within the guild and keep things a bit more organized. Remember; elder quest items only in the rented warehouse. Refined collection items and other alchemy items go in the private warehouse.
Guild Mule,
Muffin has a mule/alternate character made specifically for the guild. Her name is Muffin and she's used to hold event prizes and access warehouse items. She also has a hoard of scrolls, frogs, iron arrows, bags of ash and any other class specific items used for skills. That hoard so class items however is supplied by donations. So if you have any extra you'd like to share; just send them via mail to Muffin and we'll gladly accept them. This however is not mandatory, but extremely appreciated. You can also request something from Muffin via a mail and if she has it; it'll be sent to you (or you'll get a reply stating we don't have any of that item in stock). You can also learn more about the guild mule here.
Advanced Members,
These are members that have been proven to be loyal, active and trustworthy to the guild. Advanced members are no different then normal members however aside from the fact they do have access to the guild warehouses. This rank is determined and given out based on the Council. So if you need something from the warehouse; a Advanced Member can get it out for you.

May be subject to change if I can think of anything I forgot to mention.
