Skype, A simple instant messenger-like program that's free to download. You can do private messages or create large groups. Skype can be used to simply chat, voice call or even do video calls. The guild uses it quite frequently, though group calls aren't too frequent on here for the guild. Large voice chats tend to get chaotic and cause issues, so we mainly use Skype to type and keep in touch that way. It is however great for small scale voice chats.
RaidCall, Raidcall is a free, downloadable software that's a little more complex then Skype. You can set up and join groups that are pretty easy to manage. There's options to moderate the group/members and set up separate chat rooms within the group. The guild primarily uses this when in game as it's easy to do large group calls without much trouble. So it's recommend you get this, even if you don't wish to voice chat. You can listen in and reply to us via the chat feature on Raidcall or in game.
